Changes to route at Xuvia/O Couto

Now if they could just create a footpath on the railway bridge over the river, that would save people the 4km or so detour to the north . . .

Peter,
There is a footpath along the railway over the river. I used it in fall 2007 to reach Neda, on a recommendation from a local couple I met near the Ermita.

But, the difficulties I had with the road work is another story.
