Camino de Santiago de Compostela

I have just read that in Pontevedre within the Mercado Municipal located on rua Charino #23 down by the river is one of the largest and most picturesque fish markets in all of Galicia. This is 50 meters off the Camino so some one must have visited. The article I read came with the warning-it is so pleasant and so amazing that people often spend half a morning and half a memory card from their cameras just visiting. Any eye witness reports? Must be a good place for supper requirements.

Scruffy, Pontevedra's fish market and the enormous market at Padron are reason enough to do the Portugues.
