Leaving luggage in Santiago De Compostella July

Postby mbear on 08 Feb 2010, 10:57

I believe Ivar has facilities for people to leave bags etc they don't want to carry on the Cammino.
Do we need to " book" a storage space for 1 case/bag? It would be left in mid july for a week or so. Is there a size limit?[it will be a biggish bag as we have another 3/4 weeks travelling around Spain] Thankyou .

Click on CAMINO TRAVEL CENTRE at the bottom of the topics and let them know when you are taking it in. You might need to arrange a special time, espcially if it is a weekend.

Hi there,

There is no need to book time before sending it. You can find more information here on the more practical things:
http://www.caminotravelcenter.com/en/lu ... ntiago.php
... the planning is more necessary for pickup. We are open weekdays, right now until 14.00 on weekdays, but will have open also in the afternoon in the busy months.

Let us know by e-mail if you will be arriving during the weekend, so we can figure out something...

Saludos,
Ivar

By the way, Joe and I used Ivar and Frank's service on our trek this past summer and found it to be very convenient and VERY affordable! They are a wealth of information and help for the Pilgrim!
