The sun is out

Postby ivar on 09 Jun 2008, 13:00

After several weeks of a lot of rain, it seems like things have turned around and that we will be getting some sun (and heat ) for the next few weeks. The weather forecast for this week forecasts nothing but sun and temperatures in the high 20's.

Usually when the weather turns like this, it stays... so my own "home made" weather prediction is that the sun is here to stay. The more official weather report can be seen here.

So, drink water and get the sun protector out!

Saludos,
Ivar

hmmm...
Having recently returned from walking for two weeks in relentless rain through Gailicia Im not sure I wanted to know that!

I am considering walking the Camino Ingles at the end of August with my son. Do you think this will be sensible in the heat? Is the path fairly shaded by the trees? I know sections of the Camino Frances would be arduous at this time of year but Im hoping the Camino Ingles is kinder to summer peregrinos. Any idea how busy it is likely to be?

Enjoy the sunshine, you deserve it after all that rain!
