The question was:

I would like to ask you about drinking the water along the trail…I am used to walking in Nepal where the water is lethal…Do you purify your water on the Camino before you drink it?

    Tap water all along the Camino Frances and Portuguese are good to drink. Look for the sign Potable which means drinkable.

    Considering the tap water all along the Camino Frances is the best thing to drink :) fresh water is available in each mile.

    If you see the sign NO PORTABLE don`t drink ist.Some peregrinos hat after drinking the water problems with the stomage.I take only buyed water.

    You can everywhere drink from Camino-marked fountains, no problem. The signs everywhere well visible.
