I got my first sella at St. James Cathedral in Seattle and my second at my parish church. I would think all churches have a seal, although these two were impressions, not colored stamps. If that's your case, make sure they don't get stamped over because someone didn't see them.

Everything sounds great, but I would like to add a couple things. Hot water is very limited; take very short showers. The second should be elementary but does not seem to be: Use your own bedding with the albergue blankets and pillows, if there are such. Many people have used those blankets...
