Mileage please

I have tried to open a site given to me by Johnnie walker with no success. Any one help me out. I am looking at what is the millage between Sahagun -- Ponferrada. Thank you
Also where would one purchase a map of spain showing all the small towns. Will I be able to find that in say colmenar? Thanks again

The distance from Sahagun to Ponferrada is 156 kms

Spain is a large country - one map wouldn't do it! I think you'd have to take a book of maps to cover a route. However if you narrow it down to one section you should be able to get maps in the larger towns.
