Pilgrims no longer sleep in the bullring, the albergue is now in a modern building 7 euros and very clean etc. however as of Dec.2013 there was no heating or hot water, not a winter stop.
Info seems now to be found at bar Javeria although Margarita is still very helpfull if you can get by in Spanish.

New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
Thanks for the update. I know some pilgrims remember their night in the bullring with great fondness, but I think it was a bit out of town.

Looks like some choices are opening up on the Camino de Madrid. If only the Ane albergue would follow Nava's lead and at least make their place more habitable (or have they already done that?), there would be an alternative from Segovia -- instead of Segovia-Santa Maria (a bit long at 32) - Coca, you'd have the option of Segovia to Ane (about 21?) and then Ane to Nava (about 23?).

Then it looks like Vileguillo has also opened something new, so there are all sorts of alternatives popping up.

It's pretty incredible how a camino with so few pilgrims keeps getting infrastructure improvements!
