You rode the Camino by Bike !??
How was it........I have walked the first half........I have since had an accident, and cannot; I think, walk the rest; I would like to cycle it; but, must carry my camping kit. Would you recommend....or not?

Hola Paul - I cycled the Camino Frances (from Pamplona) in 2015 and then walked from St Jean in the Spring of 2017 and the two Caminos could not have been more different. Whats my advice about cycling? Well the first one is be prepared to ride on the roads rather that attempt to follow the walkers path. Yes there are many sections where you are mixing with the walkers but there are also sections where its a lot more sensible to follow the roads. If you do some searching in the cycle section you will find my detailed reports from 2015. Cheers
