What an unusual statue. Our Blessed Lady holding the Infant Jesus and what I presume is an apple as a reference to the Garden Of Eden.
It reminds me of the statue in Santo Domingo which shows St Anne holding Our Blessed Lady holding the Infant Jesus. St Anne is also holding a golden apple.
