@p.saffrie thats a good question, I'm also unsure of having a big 1st day to Roncesvalles, or taking the 1st night at Orisson. Its only 7km to Orisson I think. I suppose it depends on weather. What are your plans?

whohoo 29 days to go - after my first Camino last year I never thought I'd go back again... Here I am 11 months later starting off again for the 2nd on 16 May this year and have committed to a 3rd in June 2016... love it!

Fly to Madrid next Thursday and start our walk from Rabanal de Camino on Saturday. First Camino for all four of us going and we are so excited..

Will soon be early July when I leave SJPDP, and I will soon be on my way again, and I cannot wait.

@Peter Aulbury My plan is to not plan so much but I have 7 week so 20km per day at least in the beginning then I will decide along the way, my first day I will stop in orisson.

I had no idea when I first posted this photo that it would become one of the most viewed and liked photos on the forum (and the most commented on)! I think it had something to do with the phrase: Go and do...because life won't wait. First a bit about the photo: it was actually taken on April 20th 2006. If you click on the information tab you will see some other info about the type of camera, time the photo was taken (17:08:27) etc. The photo was posted on Nov. 19, 2014.

The area the photo was taken is along the long and winding road to Los Arcos. A word about the phrase Go and do...because life won't wait: Some time ago a friend received some unfavourable health news that would be limiting his and his wife's travel plans, but while they were able she said they were going to "Go an do". They phrase stuck with me and during this time I was visiting at the hospital and a nurse had the phrase, "Life won't wait" tattooed on her forearm. This was another phrase that stuck with me and it was a simple matter to put the two phrases together:
