Was this the awful Bar Pepe in Riego del Camino just out from Zamora? it was just the pits. Filthy, unfriendly, minimal food. Someone had been sick earlier in the day and it hadn't been properly cleared up. A fellow pilgrim was shouted at because he was ten minutes after the time they had decreed we should be there. Just the absolute pits. However, I do know a member of the family is seriously ill, but all the same - the dirt was beyond anything I'd encountered, even in Africa.
