Done this Camino, same time.. last year (18/4- 29/5 2014 ) with my wife..We went from Valencia to Santiago, but we walked from Avíla directly to Benavente, then to Astorga and from Ponferrada we walked on the Camino de Invierno..some 1250 km and it was very very beautiful way!

Sounds very interesting ngm, in the end I ran out of time. I think we done it at the right time of the year.
