Sitting down for a break in Ages, near Burgos, I decided to see how hot it was with my Garmin GPS and Fitness monitor. I took a photo at 40 Degrees C. Within a few mins the reading passed 50 Degrees, maxing out at just under 53 Degrees C. Not sure how accurate the monitor is ..... but it was fine to walk in thst evening for a further three hour until 21:00
