Never saw them as I passed through, but will watch out next time. What time of year was this? Maybe they were all off doing what Bunnies do so well. I did pass by in Spring! :eek:

It was in July (2016:07:23 08:07:01) "ideal" time for Via de la Plata :D. Hell hot. In the morning, of course. Even mice are so thick and lazy that they do not even get out of the way - they have food in abundance.

I remember that area, I have never seen so many rabbits in my life, something else! I was in May 2019, lots of baby rabbits too!

I HAVE now seen them. In March 2020 walking the camino de Levante - everywhere and holes (burrows) all around.
