This is the Monumento de Peregrino on a hill overlooking Santiago de Compostela. Notice the monument on Monte de Gozo to the left in the background.
 
Saint Mike II
I love the view of Santiago from this view-point. It is far and away better than the one erected much nearer the Camino path. The big selling point - you can see the Cathedral and usually it is less crowded.
