Nice series on Youtube. Well done. What Camera/phone did you use? The image Stabilisation is great.

I used my Iphone SE. And the DJI Osmo Mobile which is a gimbal (stabilizer). Edited directly on my phone in Imovie, usually the very same evening.
Im a beginner and I learned by doing on the Camino. Just bought the DJI prior to my walk.
But the problem was memory space. Needed to free space on my phone, and upload to the cloud, but Wifi in Spain is not fast. So sometimes I couldnt edit.

So by more experience and by editing at home in front of a big screen you should be able to come up with "better" videos.
