Coffee Break
Yes it was taken in April, 2017. I am trying to remember the name of the village. It was somewhere between Santa Domingo and Belorado. It was more of a store than a cafe. Very different for the "normal" Cafe/Bars on the Camino. It was the only place to stop in the village the the owners seemed overwhelmed.

I remember this cafe very well, Hanna and I had left Santo Domingo a little after 7.00. There was quite a crowd there that morning also. Cheers

In Granon, opposite the church.

I remember it well and it was probably in the same year. I zipped the legs off of the bottom of my pants and left them on a table. Later in the day someone passed me and said, "Did you know you left the legs of your pants on a table back there?" And, no they did not think to pick them up thinking our paths might cross again that day.

Sorry about your pants,

When I found something on the trail that looked important to the person that dropped it, I would pick it up, continue walking and keep it visible. Often within a KM or two someone would be walking back towards me hoping to find it. They were always happy to see me.

Years ago I had my Ipod in the same pocket that I kept my camera. When I pulled out my camera the Ipod was inadvertently left behind. I realized it about 30 minutes later and walked back with a very pessimistic view of my success in finding it. Low and behold, someone had found it, picked it and put it on a ledge. I was amazed and very happy to find it. That gesture of honestly enhanced my entire Camino Outlook. Every day afterwards I would make an effort to do something for a fellow Pilgrim. Passing it forward became automatic for me.
