I think was my pace as I negotiated this section, I was really glad to my poles for balance and support,. Cheers

It was wet on that,day,, I gave my brother Tom my pole it was frightening. Later we came across a group of Italians in there 20s one had twisted his ankle we helped in turns to carry him down the way until we reached next village. His foot was badly swollen when we got in.
