Here rest the ashes of Antonio Valcarce Toiban, who died on June 15,1913 at the age of nineteen.

At nineteen years of age, you see me interred here. Short was my existence. Pray to the Lord for me.

His parents and siblings dedicate this fond remembrance to him.

(Note the spelling errors)
I took a photo of the same memorial in November the same year.
"Beís" is probably short for "habéis". The accent may be on the wrong letter. Google Translate had no problem with it. There is a similar memorial there to a woman who died at the age of 25.
