Considering one's own mortality on the Camino between Samos and Sarria.

Here rest the ashes of Antonio Valcarce Toiban, who died on June 15,1913 at the age of nineteen.

At nineteen years of age, you see me interred here. Short was my existence. Pray to the Lord for me.

His parents and siblings dedicate this fond remembrance to him.
