I don't think it's a lazy dog. I met a Spaniard from Galicia who walked with a small dog similar to this one his name was Goron ( the dog ) I believe his master was a tennis instructor . The dog suffered especially walk on ashfault but okay on regular ground. so I understand this dog being in a stroller . Just remember the dog's master was called Jordie..very nice guy this was on the Camino Norte.

have built another hip belt hiking trolley to put my rucksack on as both me and it aint getting any younger :)
