Morning redness, Cacabelos - Villafranca del Bierzo

thank you for sharing the flaming red skies .... in contrast to those dark shapes of trees and houses ... lovely. (reminded of a saying we heard as young kids when the skies were like that in the winter: "Ah look, the Christ-child is baking christmas cookies" ... when we inquired why, the response usually was something like: don't you see ... the heavens look so red-hot as a burning oven ... baking cookies :)

In the U.K. they say"Red sky at night, shepherd's delight, red sky in the morning shepherd's warning".
Meaning red sky at night ,good weather the next day. Red sky in the morning ,Wind or rain coming.
