Painting in Viana on the staircase to the library

This painting can be found in Viana on the staircase to the library. I particularly like what I would call the impressionist style. The scene may just be looking towards Viana from close to the Ermita de la Virgin de la Cuevas?
Thanks Renshaw for sharing this beautiful painting.

It’s so bright and colourful and it looks like it might have been painted using a couple of palette knives - and look at that sky!

Cheers from Oz -
Jenny

PS - while posting I’d like to give you my belated thanks for a post you put up on the Forum years ago … it quoted shorter daily distances from SJPSP to ease oneself into the CF. On my 2019 camino my family and I kept to the distances you suggested and all worked out very well. We all found our Camino groove without any aches, pains or blisters and we all made it to Santiago. I’ve also shared your distances with a number of Sydney pilgrims so the helpful information has been shared. Again, thank you.
