Pulpo
Teda, I agee.. when we came through Melide on our Camino it was over 100degree. After a plate of Pulpo and Cervesa we thought better to stay in Town and eat more.
 
I loved pulpo tapas. Wondered how did they create a tender morsels out of these normally rubbery critters. I could drink multiple bottles of vino tinto all day long with pulpo - wish I had. I'll have to plan that into my next trip.
 
My first thought is YUCK!!! but lots of people say it is tasty. Do you eat the entire piece... suction cup things too?
