    Interreg? Looks like some form of Regional development initiative according to Google. The one at the bottom is a GR100 sign.

    Yes, it's right out of Cirauqui but no, Lorca is no where to be seen in the image. What you see is Lácar, a tiny village just slightly North of Lorca. Well done!
