This hostel's public areas are dirty . The place is noisy filled with college students, screaming and slamming doors, playing music all night. I reserved a bed in an all women room and this guy showed up in the middle of the night and took the last bed. There is no ac or fans. The shower sliding door is broken. The eating area has stained sofas and broken tables. No sanitizing gel to be found anywhere. Disgusting place.

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

€60,-
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
Doesn't sound like you had a great experience.......

Though as I was discussing with another forum member on Zoom this morning, AC is not really a 'thing' in Camino accommodation, or even in Spain perhaps.........

Mixed reviews on Gronze. https://www.gronze.com/castilla-y-leon/burgos/burgos/hostel-catedral-burgos
Though it gets a 7.8 on Booking dot com.

Maybe new management or just hit it at a bad time?

Hopefully your next night will be amazing to make up for it. :)
