There is a Decathlon in Ferrol - I don't know where, probably in one of the commercial centres on the way out of town. I'm going to try and attach a screenshot from the commercial online directory.

I think that most young people in Ferrol know Decathlon . You can ask them how to get to.

Of course thinking twice , you can better ask in the hotel/albergue;)

There is also DECIMAS (shoping mall Alcampo) Everybody in Ferrol knows where Alcampo is, but I'm not sure they would have poles .
