Pilgrim's passport for Portuguese Camino and Albergues List?

Hello all pilgrims...
Again off I go in 3 weeks..
Last year, I walked FC and it was wonderful.....
I thought I should be more confident this time as this is my second Camino but nah... It is still so exciting and I'm still nervous..
I got my pilgrim's passport at SJPP's pilgrim's office last year. Just wondering if I can easily get pilgrim's passport in Lisbon as well or should I bother to order online in advance?
My major concern is the albergues..... from Lisbon to Porto as I have heard that there are not many Municipal Albergues between Lisbon and Porto (from Porto to all the way to Santiago, I have heard that Albergues are as same price as Frances Camino)... is this true?
Some people say there has been new Municipal Albergues along the way from Lisbon to Porto but the information is not consistent from everyone... So I would like to ask once again here.

One of the starting points in Lisbon is the Sé cathedral, an interesting landmark in the bario Alfáma, an old area nearby the Tejo river.there you can buy your credential.
In Lisbon is no albergue . There are many hotels ,guesthouses so lot of choice.
What you could do is book your room in the youth hostal in the Parque das Naçoes, the former world exhibition area, about 8 kms from Lisbon and allready on the waymarked caminho route. The Parque das Naçoes is easy accessible by the train from the Santa Apaolonia station nearby Alfama and the Sé cathedral.
So your first day you could train to Lisbon and walk back to the youth hostal. We prebooked the Youthhostal because it is a popular place.https://pousadasjuventude.pt/pt/pousadas/parquenacoes

Interesting -30 meters from the Sé you find the oldest medieval protection walls of the city. Where ? There are underground public toilets. Descent the stairs into the toilet area and you'll see them inmediately . The entrance of the toilets, coming out of the Sé is at your left .

When you face the entrance of the Sé , right under in the churchportal, you will find the first yellow waymarker. They lead at the right side of the cathedral to the cobblestoned streets of the bario de Alfama and to the bank of the Tejo river and to Santiago.only Santiago is more than 600 kms away so you will have to take some steps.

Edit: obviously missed the message in March about a new small albergue in Lisbon.
Thanks to @surya8 's remark you can find the link here beneath.the albergue is not far from the airport indeed and nearby the parque the Naçoes and the poussada de Juventude in Moscavide. So now you can make your choice.

I walked from Lisbon last October/November and as it was end of season many places were closed, so yes I found it a little more expensive between Lisbon and Porto than the CF, but there were still many good value and lovely places. Most of the places I stayed at were private, but not too pricey.

The albergue at Alpriarte looked great when I waked past, but was already closed.

Among my favourites I stayed at are:
Hostel Vilatejo at Vilafranca de Xiro. Mariano is a wonderful helpful host with lot of Camino hints.
The Albergue at Azambuja is basic but run by very friendly volunteers.
Quinta da Burra in Porto de Muse is excellent and Paula is another Camino treasure.
Casa de Azzancha at Azinhaga is a little more expensive, but Helena is very welcoming and helpful.
Albergaria Pinheiro at Alvaizere - Carlos has the best stamps on the Camino! Lovely family.
The Albergue Igreja at Alvorge has terrific views, and the great family in the local bar (who have the key) are very kind.
Moinho Garcia at Pinheiro da Bem-posta is a little off the Camino, but the setting in an old mill is a delight, but it was bitterly cold when I stayed.

After Porto I also liked:
Albergue Pedra Furada in Quintoa
And one of the best nights I had was at Casa Fernanda in Lugar do Cargo.
The very lovely Ideas Peregrinas in Tui not only has a great cafe, the lovely Mo and her sister run an alburgue too.

I obviously stayed at other places, but these are the most memorable.

Hello all pilgrims...
Again off I go in 3 weeks..
Last year, I walked FC and it was wonderful.....
I thought I should be more confident this time as this is my second Camino but nah... It is still so exciting and I'm still nervous..
I got my pilgrim's passport at SJPP's pilgrim's office last year. Just wondering if I can easily get pilgrim's passport in Lisbon as well or should I bother to order online in advance?
My major concern is the albergues..... from Lisbon to Porto as I have heard that there are not many Municipal Albergues between Lisbon and Porto (from Porto to all the way to Santiago, I have heard that Albergues are as same price as Frances Camino)... is this true?
Some people say there has been new Municipal Albergues along the way from Lisbon to Porto but the information is not consistent from everyone... So I would like to ask once again here.
Is there municipal albergue in Lisbon?

[Casa _de_Azzancha]

I walked from Lisbon last October/November and as it was end of season many places were closed, so yes I found it a little more expensive between Lisbon and Porto than the CF, but there were still many good value and lovely places. Most of the places I stayed at were private, but not too pricey.

The albergue at Alpriarte looked great when I waked past, but was already closed.

Among my favourites I stayed at are:
Hostel Vilatejo at Vilafranca de Xiro. Mariano is a wonderful helpful host with lot of Camino hints.
The Albergue at Azambuja is basic but run by very friendly volunteers.
Quinta da Burra in Porto de Muse is excellent and Paula is another Camino treasure.
Casa de Azzancha at Azinhaga is a little more expensive, but Helena is very welcoming and helpful.
Albergaria Pinheiro at Alvaizere - Carlos has the best stamps on the Camino! Lovely family.
The Albergue Igreja at Alvorge has terrific views, and the great family in the local bar (who have the key) are very kind.
Moinho Garcia at Pinheiro da Bem-posta is a little off the Camino, but the setting in an old mill is a delight, but it was bitterly cold when I stayed.

After Porto I also liked:
Albergue Pedra Furada in Quintoa
And one of the best nights I had was at Casa Fernanda in Lugar do Cargo.
The very lovely Ideas Peregrinas in Tui not only has a great cafe, the lovely Mo and her sister run an alburgue too.

I obviously stayed at other places, but these are the most memorable.
