Bag is packed 8.5kg ,leaving tomorrow from Hamburg for Madrid,looks like i could be on my own,wait and see, weather is looking good,not too warm and dry for next week ,thanks to all that are also on their way and have reported back ,maybe with luck i will manage to keep my feet dry.

hi´thanks for all the likes,i am totally alone in a new,modern albergue in Mataelpino,2 floors,all mod cons,all for yours truely,weather is fantastic,met 2 pilgrims,yesterday in Tres Cantos,but they seem to have vanished,someone on the forum warned about a dodgey stepping stone on the first river crossing after Tres Cantos,it nearly caught me yesterday,so be aware pilgrims,2 sets of arrows out of here,1 for pilgrims,1 for bikers,take it for granted,i go over the hills,bikers on the road,tomorrow its 15kms to a youth hostel 3 kms outside of Cercedilla.

Thank you about the warning! How warm is it?

yesterday was warmer than today,it was bearable untill around11am then it just soared maybe 20-25 degrees,luckily there was a cool breeze from the mountains,going to stay that way for a few days apparently.
