Montadiño tenreira Arzúa-Ulloa, from A Viaxe, won the first prize of the eleventh edition of the Santiago (é) Tapas contest, which is endowed with 1,000 euros. The second place went to Croqueta, from Artesana, and the third place to A pataca quechola, from Doña Ana. For the classification, the evaluation of the professional jury and the popular vote of the three days of the final were taken into account.For its part, the top voted by the public during the 20 days of competition, which consumed more than 30,000 elaborations and 21,700 valid votes were cast, was Capuccino, Artesana. Peter Fransiscus , thank you. I have still to have my breakfast. I doubt I will have anything like a prize-winning elaboration, but I can imagine it! Isn’t translation wonderful?
