I've got the same knee problem but it doesn't stop me walking. Best to keep active and with good diet the cartilage can regrow...

Well, I have never met her, but I do believe that is Aida Menéndez, one of (in fact, probably THE most tireless and determined) Invierno champions who fought long and hard for official recognition
Yes, and she appeared to be walking around Monforte looking for pilgrims. She seemed quite excited to meet an Australian one, and I was excited to meet her! She grabbed two passersby and got them to take our photo.
