Below are two separate links to posts that I have made on these two subjects. We are beginning to see an increased relaxation and loosening of lockdowns, in many areas, to allow some outdoor exercise activities. Different locations have different rules.

These two issues seem to be something that would help some folks as they begin walking, running, and exercise.
