For those that can’t make the trip to Spain (at least for now), I found a little extra motivation to keep in walking shape. Apparently you can walk the Camino (virtually), taking as many days as you’d like, and I believe there are also interesting postcards along the way. I found this via www.theconqueror.events after it popped up in my FaceBook feed. I did the Grand Canyon Challenge (280 miles) and the medals are very nice. Of course NOTHING can replace actually walking the Camino, but I thought this was a cool enough idea to share. This challenge opens up on 27 May. Here’s a photo of the medal:

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Take a look at walking4fun.com which has the French and Portuguese Costal & Central Camino with pictures along the way, maps, progress. Learned about in on the forum. Almost half way on the CF in 2.5 months. Great for turtles and quarantined & frustrated with a cancelled Camino.
