The Almeria association has been publishing updates to Facebook from pilgrims on the Camino Mozarabe - Yesterday, Jesus and Juan from Almeria reached Granada, their destination. Tino and Maxi from Bilbao have continued on the way from Granada - They were in Pinos Puente yesterday.
Since the municipal, donativo, albergues are not operating at the moment, the only lodgings are private. The Almeria association updated its guide in June to reflect the current status of albergues between Almeria and Merida:

It's great to see pilgrims on the Camino again. For the foreseeable future, I think municipal albergues are likely to remain closed because the new hygiene requirements make it impossible to operate them with volunteers who visit once a week. I'm not sure if the routes from Malaga and Jaen are up and running? Perhaps someone can confirm.
In other news, the area around Guadix has been recognized by UNESCO as a geopark with unique geological interest. Walkers on the Camino Mozarabe pass through some of the designated geopark on the stages before and after Guadix.
