I have traced
I have traced the CF from SJPDP up to Pamplona, Burgos, Astorga, Sarria and into SDC. In many the stations are obviously in the predominantly local language with national/regional stations. Music in English by pop groups are popular.

St James' Way - Self-guided 4-7 day Walking Packages, Reading to Southampton, 110 kms
There is a free app called Radio Garden that shows radio stations all over the world on a satellite view world map......you just pick out the one you want and it comes in instantly. Quite amazing. I regularly listen to RNE Madrid to polish up my Spanish pronunciation.

Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.
