It is now less than a month until our departure. Today I printed all the reservations (we have to walk short distances, so having reservations everywhere is safer than just starting and risking having to walk longer than planned).

Our first day, June 19th, we'll take the train from Oslo to Dombås, where we stopped last year, and we'll spend two weeks walking.

Will anyone else from the Forum be walking in late June/early July?

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

Checking in from Oppdalsporten, roughly 140 km from Trondheim. Like last summer, we are less frightened of asphalt than the people who constructed this walk, so we have avoided some mountains, marshes and mosquitoes by following the roads instead. The views are still magnificent.

I forgot to check in again - but we arrived in Trondheim Friday July 2nd.

If you have any interest in tourism in Trondheim, check in at the Pilgrim Centre FIRST - because you're supposed to get free/reduced price entrance at many tourist attractions, and you need the brochure to convince the museums etc that they should let you have that. Many museums will gladly stamp your pilgrim passport, but will not mention the reduced prices - because they don't know.

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
