I always do it. Seems like just a nice thing to do. Most of the bars that I went into didn't have a lot of help and I don't mind doing a little bit to help keep them in business. You certainly don't get rich running a bar in the small towns that...

I do the same, it is certainly not expected but often welcomed. It is unlikely you will ever see locals doing it (not that is a negative per se) as it is not expected by the bar owners. Well done to you though as it's a very thoughtful gesture...

Day 2 Montserrat to Igualada After 6.30pm, everywhere is closed in Montserrat and the temperature drops considerably. In the building where the Albergue is, on Level P, there is a basic kitchen area you can use with microwave, kettle and fridge...

I've done the trail in light rain. It's a good track.

We (my wife and I, 60 years old) hiked up to O Cebreiro from Las Herrerias under heavy cold rain and in the early morning darkness last October. We took the trail, and would do it again. It was muddy for sure, but at no point did we feel it was...

Hi @DianaEB The shuttle bus (Roissy Bus) goes from CDG to Paris Opera. It’s about 5 kms from Gare Montparnasse - you can get there by bus, metro or taxi - or on foot. 😎 I think the Easy CDG website is a useful reference for transport options...
