JAstorga to Santiago does not really have very long stretches without bars/cafes. You can always refill. Maybe after Sarria you might want to finish by 3pm if you are running out of water. There the village bars close in the afternoon for good...

Strava is a good one. I use for all my hikes at home and used it on the Camino too. It has a low draw on the phone battery and automatically pauses when you stop. Tracks distance, elevation, average pace, time, etc. -
