  • Hi, Alex,
I thought this documentary of mine could be of interest to you. It's about Svalbard and I've made it 11 years ago. Here's the link with English subtitles: https://vimeo.com/98616604
It's a story about three (climbing) expeditions, from the simplest in the summer to the toughest in the winter which I was part of also.
    Enjoy and take care!

Thank you very much! I have been there a few times visiting customers (many years ago).
Alex if you are in SDC between Sept 10 and 24 please stop by the Pilgrim office and say hello. Patty and OI will be working there between those dates. I'm not sure what time of the day we are working as yet though.

Will certainly do! Someday, I must pay my dues myself in that office after all these years on the Way(s)! :-)
    Alex,
It was great meeting you and hanging out together. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip. I hope you are well and that everything is going well for you.

I envy you alexwalker! A little more planning required from Canada! Next year in Spain again!

Thank you, dear! Read the forum, and understand inside yourself why you want to walk the Camino, and let it be your teacher: It is a strange but very friendly Way: The saying "The Camino will give you what you need, not neccessarily what you want" is very true and You will experience good things for your life on the Way.

    Keep me informed.
Yes it is. It resonated with me. I have been watching that very post. See. The Camino connects.
I have a daughter to graduate still and work to fulfill but my heart is surly there. Im ready. Wear my boots and backpack to work.lol
Alexwalker, I have meditated on that mysterious bond you relate in the reflections you write. I can wholly relate but I have yet to walk my first Camino. I am there daily through this forum, you and the fellow pilgrims there now. I long for the journey. Enjoy your posts. But for now I remain in Eugene Oregon. Until my time. I salute you.
