  • We set off from Sarria and stopped for the night in Portomorin, Palas del Rei, Melide, Arzua and Arca with one night in Santiago before flying back out again. It was all do-able with the first 2 days being the longest at around 15 miles each.

However! I am planning on doing it again this year, same stretch but slower, cutting the first two days in half and having an absolute minimum of 2 nights in Santiago. Also we will be taking each day slower and eating according to the Spanish clock - long slow late lunches and late light dinners.
Alison, to you mind me asking how long it took you? I'm sure I will be that slow too...
