    Waterproof Boots?

The good ones are too heavy to just carry around. And still the shoes will get wet in a good rain anyway.

What is the one Albergue that you would say not to miss

Meh Not when it's raining. Nowhere to dry your stuff. Also, personally, I very much dislike it when donativos tell you how much they want you to donate. That makes is a price list, not a donation. And a pretty steep one, too. The price was mentioned to us at least three times. They should stop...

    Waterproof Boots?

Waterproof boots - Lowa are really good, but anything with goretex should work. And man did I miss those last week on the Portugues when the forecast suddenly switched to "rain all week", I was ready to quit given my light merrells moab vent soak up water very quickly. BUT I still think your...

    Frances or Portugues in April-May?

I would not call myself fit:) It's quite the opposite, I can walk, yes, even far, but I am very overweight. I almost made a decision to do the Frances, by the way. It does not seem as crowded as I initially thought.

    Frances or Portugues in April-May?

Hi Probably an age old question. Trying to decide between the Frances and the Portugues for April-May 2017. First timer. Male. 34. Please help me decide? I don't want to do partial ways, so it's either the full Lisbon-Santiago or SJPDP-Santiago. I am very far from being fit (overweight due to...
