    Night Hiking is great! ,,, and i strongly encourage it. Depending on where you are, you might be able to roll out of bed at 2.30am and have everything already pack, out to the Trail by 3am. I did a night on the Mesita that way....hiking from Calzadilla de los Hermanillos to Mansilla de las Mulas...

    Are you using Lightfoots guide to plan your trip? That is the best and more accurate. I did 24k out of Vercelli into Nicorvo and stayed at the Casa Parrocchiale in town.

    I walked this route in 2016 - I left St Paul;s Cathedral in London on June 20th...arrived at St Peter's Basilica on Sept 30h. 110 days enroute. Not a day goes by that i dont think of it, miss it and would do it again in a heartbeat.

    I flew from Atlanta to Paris, then flew back from Lisbon. It was just i wanted to booked my Camino with some sightseeing. I started in Lourdes, and the 6 days of walking prior to the Camino was a real blessing.

    From Bordeaux to Irun

    Hello Fellow Pilgrims - I plan on hiking the Camino del Norte next August (in 2015). I want to start at the Bordeaux Cathedral and hike to the starting point in Irun. Has anyone ever done this route? or has information on where i can find trails/routes to the begining. Thanks!

    I will be hiking the Camino Portugues Southbound from the Cathedral in Santiago to Lisbon. How are the waymarks going south? Can you see the Yellow Arrows or do i need to use the map?
