Not quite a May Baby!........
It is now upon us! We leave Sydney, Australia on Monday 16 April, with a couple of stopovers on the way, our plan is to be starting on our Camino from Roncesvalles on around the 23rd or 24th of April. preparing for the walk Hi Linda, thanks for the welcome, & Hi to Br David too, thanks for the advice, Yes my hands do swell when I walk, I then do some small exercises, squeezing and flexing to keep the blood flowing, I think a pole will at least keep them moving.
