    London to Santiago best route?

I just walked Reading to Southampton (recovering from an injury that happened on the Frances) and loved the route, especially Dummer to Eastleigh. I highly recommend, though be aware that there's not much infrastructure, it's hard to get a stamp and lodging is fairly spotty right along the path...

Lost & Found Lost Apple Watch Alto Perdon

This is a long shot, but I was just able to log back onto the Forum. My Apple Watch fell off my arm somewhere between Cezur Menor and the base of Alto de Perdon on September 19. It's rose gold with a matching band. Not much use to anyone since it's locked. I knew a watch would be a distraction...

Sleeping bag or Klymit blanket on CF in fall?

Thanks, everyone for such a robust and helpful conversation! Im going with a lightweight down blanket and a silk liner. Not necessarily the most inexpensive option, but I think I'll sleep well, and that's crucial! Buen Camino!

Walking from SJPdP to Santiago de Compostela in September

Hi, and all the same! I plan to start Sept 14 or 15 from SJPDT. Hope we meet at some point!

Sleeping bag or Klymit blanket on CF in fall?

Hoping to walk the CF mid Sept -late Oct. Planning to stay in auberges most nights. As a "woman of a certain age," I am a very hot sleeper. The idea of being stuffed into a sleeping bag is oppressive. Was thinking of bringing a liner and something like a Klymit Versa blanket for better...
