    Obviously "they" means something different in Norway. "They" means "not me, somebody else, I don't know". Katar1na asked if I got an explanation for the discrepancy and the answer was clearly no explanation available.

    Not really. Something about when "they" decide to make final sign change for season. My friend was worried because we had heard the scam about the big fines if the route was closed.

    I always pack my lightweight Frogg Togg rain pants on early Spring caminos and have used them a few times on each one because I hate being cold...and hot, which is why I never walk in summer.

    Naw. . . I just pulled it out of thin air. I guess installing solar systems on homes and RVs and dealing with charge controllers from 12 to 48v and inverter/charger installs on multi Kw/Hr battery banks made me forget my place. Sorry.
