    COVID Access to Paxlovid

I can only speak to my experience - diagnosed with Covid June 5th in Leon. At the medical office I visited, I discussed Paxlovid with the physician. I declined as I do not have any underlying conditions and felt fairly certain I would have a mild case of Covid (I did!). I had my 2nd booster 2...

Where to stay the night before Santiago....?

I stayed in Lavacolla at Alberque Lavacolla. Then had a lovely walk into Santiago in the morning and was at the Oficina del Peregrinos at 10am. Worked great for me!

What is between Sarria and Santiago? And Muxia?

Really loved staying at Casa Banderas in Vilacha, just before Portomarín. Owned and operated by a couple from California. Great environment, very welcoming, and fantastic dinner and breakfast. Can’t recommend it enough!

    OBSOLETE COVID THREAD Covid positive

Whe I had positive test in León, I was told no mandatory quarantine, “do what you feel like doing,” etc. No public reporting of home test. If you have an official test done in a lab, etc. It gets reported. Hope this helps!

@itsjann I self-quarantined and of course would not have been flying home while I may have potentially infected others! Take care!

OBSOLETE COVID THREAD Covid - Certificate of Recovery for Return to the US

Mods, feel free of course to move this thread as you deem necessary. There has been so much discussion about the certificate of recovery but I thought it might be helpful to make a separate post about it. I spoke to a very kind and helpful Delta representative this morning who linked me to this...

    OBSOLETE COVID THREAD Covid positive

@Kobe i self-tested after a fairly rapid onset of fever and chills. I am not aware of any definite exposures, but was around many coughing people in the Alberques and heard daily reports of more people testing positive. I guess my biggest tip would be to book private rooms. I do believe my...

    OBSOLETE COVID THREAD Covid positive

Thank you for your help and for researching things @peregrina2000. It is quite odd that there are no specific easily accessible online guidelines as to what a certificate of recovery is. The information you sent is helpful!

    OBSOLETE COVID THREAD Covid positive

Allianz insurance did not know what a certificate of recovery is. I did speak to a Delta representative. She said there is no standardized form for a certificate of recovery, but it simply needs to be a letter from a healthcare provider listing my name, dob, passport number, the date I tested...
