Crowds on the Vezelay route
Crowds on the Vezelay route? It's hard to imagine. I walked in May, and met fewer than a dozen people in 38 days. More often than not I was alone in the gite at night.- carolus

How do people 60-and-over plan their Camino?
Just to add my voice to those of the other sexagenarians, I began walking the Caminos in my early sixties, walked the Chemin d'Arles in April just before my 7Oth birthday, and plan to walk the Chemin de Vezelay next year. I'll bet there are some octogenarians out there as well.- carolus
