Hi all, I am planning to start walking the Invierno from Ponferrada on 26/4l....
I have around 5 hours to spend in SdeC from 0030 until 0545 when I catch the bus to Ponferrada

Thank you all very much for your valuable and informative comments regarding my ‘big toe’ condition and shoe choices, my dream would b to return to wearing my Scarpa boots but atm it’s more the spongy, flexible sole that’s required. Iowa, Hoka and New Balance to name a few of the suggestions. I...
Yes, I meant osteoarthritis. Yes, I have started getting medical advice and imho the more information I gather about any condition the more informed I will be. It came on rather suddenly when I returned home to Australia after walking the Camino de Torres and a section of the Pilgrims' Walk in...

Thank you all for the detailed information on the CdeT.....I am intending starting on 25 April, so have been researching albergues. I shall commence my pilgrimage in Salamanca; I believe from the above, no problem with pilgrim hostels until Moimenta da Beira, with a new one having opened in...
Hi Steve, from Kyogle....am planning walking the Aussie Camino end Jan/early Feb....I am not a fan of sand walking so was wondering how it would be if I omitted the section from Swan Lake Camp to Monibeong Camp? Also, are all the stage track heads/ends accessible to a shuttle. I have just found...
