"If you have hiked in mountains with any frequency and are relatively fit, don't worry about the earlier posts that characterize this as a "difficult" route. I was 69-72 when I walked this route and I don't think you'll find it difficult if you...

So, I've just found about this event and thought it would be good to share here. The movie has been mentioned in previous posts, like this one. Unfortunately, I cant be in Sydney on that Thursday, but maybe others can! At Hayden Orpheum Picture...

Thank you so much Andy for your very comprehensive Guide to Le Puy. You have put in so much effort and it is really appreciated as we try and plan our walk for August 2024. I now have a much better picture of what to expect for my 4th Camino 😊

My wife and I just returned from doing the Le Puy route in France. We loved it, but it was much different from the Spanish caminos. Before we went, I couldn't find any one source that described the route in general, accommodations, food, internal...

Hi all, I'm pleased to share a new resource I've been working on, with support from @BlackRocker57. It’s a near-comprehensive spreadsheet, laying out all pilgrim-focused or pilgrim-adjacent accommodations on the Via Podiensis, including the Célé...
