    My wife and I were on the Le Puy route this summer and heard loud bangs too. It turns out it was orchard owners firing "sonic charges" up into the clouds to try to keep hail from damaging their crops. We were afraid we were coming upon hunters who wouldn't know we were there! I don't know...

    Bus / Train Bordeaux Airport To St Jean Pied de Port ?

    Hi, in 2013 we took a train from Bordeaux to Bayonne. We then shared a cab to SJPP. There is a bus at the Bordeaux airport that stops at the train station. I can't recall how often it runs...every 30 minutes?

    Class of 2013
